Hey thanks for the tips. Our landlord actually came by yesterday and unplugged it. But we had tried the bucket of water trick on the day it happened and then Leo bought a snake and tried to unclog it and he wasn't successful. The bucket trick we've used a lot though...it usually works really well. Thanks! Kami
