Lindsey I use the cod or whatever they have on sale. It turns out really nice, I put it in with butter, garlic and papricka oh and a little lemon pepper. It is really yummy. The first time I did it, the girls ate all the fish! I didn't make a whole lot thinking the girls would not eat it! Annaliesse at all of mine and Kalia ate Justins!
